From your favourite peeps famous for bringing us Holey Moley, comes the latest place you’ll want to head to next. Step right up to the newest circus in town this summer. Archie Brothers Electric Circus has landed in Alexandria – and you won’t believe your eyes.
The launch night that The Plus Ones’ were lucky enough to attend before the circus opened its doors to the public was certainly a full house with Sydney- siders eager for a taste of this incredible venue. The ringmaster hands us a mason jar cocktail on arrival as well as an Archie Brother’s ‘bank card’. This nifty thing allows us to swipe our way on to each ride though if you’re a bit of a daredevil and run out of dough – you can simply top up at the many stations that surround the circus ring.
Entering the circus tent, my plus one and I were truly amazed by the incredible marvel of the place. There are rides galore, dodgem cars, pinball machines, VHR experiences and bowling alleys. To satisfy the big kid inside, you can order freak shake inspired cocktails to truly set your night on a sugar high. If you also need some carnival inspired food to get you through the night, the Archie Brothers Dazzling Diner has you sorted – with hotdogs, pizza and sliders on offer. It’s definitely a win, win!
