Meet Rosetta – Hidden Rooftop Rosé Bar

Happy hour just got happier. If you’re looking for atmospheric and affordable drinks and snacks, we’ve discovered Rosetta’s Little Rose Terrace — a sophisticated open-air rooftop bar, offering views of Sydney city and an amazing after-work menu.

A guest and I sampled Rosetta’s Terrace Bar specials — featuring $10 Aperol Spritz’, Negronis, Elderflower & Lemon Spritz’, and Bellinis to boot. If cocktails aren’t your flavour, Rosetta also offer $7 Prosecco, Wine and Beer between 4pm-7pm weekdays, which is right about the time you’re dreaming about drinks with a side of dinner.

Nestled in the heart of the CBD and The Rocks, the place itself is as quaint as can be. With pretty pink aesthetics plastered with the Moet & Chandon brand, piazza style tables, and comfy cushioned seats — it’s guaranteed to be your new favourite after-work escape.

Go there in your workwear, to take the edge off a hard day. The menu, curated by Neil Perry and Head Chef Richard Purdue will be waiting for you. It features an extensive antipasti selection alongside delicious house-made pizzas and pastas, as the place has an adjoining restaurant: Rosetta Trattoria.

Trust me, you’ll impress your workmates with happy hour at this hidden haven. All of your drinks at Rosetta come with substantial complimentary bar snacks (we’re talking arancini balls and ham and cheese sandwiches). Plus, there’s something relaxing about being on a rooftop, escaping the buzz of the city below.
