Named after Du Kang (the inventor of wine in Chinese legend) Dukang’s vision is to create a place where guests can not only enjoy delicious Pan-Asian food, but also unwind and relax with a great drink pairing.
Some of the must-try main dishes would be Dukang Restaurant & Bar’s traditional, yet delicious, Parcel Baked NZ Blue Cod Fillet or for vegetarians, the aromatic Roasted Pumpkin Yellow Curry as well as the Wagyu Laksa Mini Pot featuring MBS 9+ bolar blade, house special laksa, freshly cut udon and the Braised Eggplant & Pork Noodle containing pork shoulder sausage, dark soy bean, thick cut noodles.
With a diverse menu, guests can experience larger mains or opt for the full experience from its ‘Taste’ section. Comprising delicious items such as Pork Belly Bites, Stuffed Zucchini Flowers with prawns, Chargrilled Skewers, Salt & Pepper Crispy Tofu, Pork Shoulder Mini Buns, and more.
Featuring on its drinks menu at Dukang Restaurant & Bar includes wines locally sourced Victorian wines from the Yarra Valley, to match and pair perfectly with their menu selections. There is also wines from Veneto and Piedmont in Italy.
In addition to the locally sourced wines, Dukang Restaurant & Bar also has a selection of tasty cocktails such as the Yuzu Gimlet made with Roku Gin, Kochi Yuzu, Lime, and Shiso leaves. As well as the Coconut Chilli Margarita with 1800 Coconut tequila, Chilli, Lime, Orange liqueur, and Agave or the latest cocktail, the Matcha Sour with Haku Vodka, Sake, Uji Matcha, Kochi Yuzu, Lemon, and Quillaja.
