Bodriggy launch brand-new seltzer range
One of our favourite Melbourne craft brewers, Bodriggy, have summer sorted with not one but two seltzers! Iggy is currently available in two flavours: White Peach and Cherry, as well as Passionfruit, Pineapple and Mango. Both seltzers are made with fresh fruity flavours – perfect for a summer’s day. The Bodriggy team will be celebrating the launch by surprising picnic goers across Melbourne with free Iggy seltzers next week so keep an eye out on their socials!
Molly Rose bring back their amazing Cornerstone beer subscriptions
Cornerstone is the Molly Rose Brewery experience on your doorstep. It is the beer fridge version of a luxurious fruit basket delivered to you specifically just to make your day better. Every two months the boutique Collingwood brewery will send you a mixture of cans and bottles in a fancy environmentally friendly cooler box. When we say fancy, we mean it; from the wrapping paper to the labels the team at Molly Rose have clearly put a lot of effort into designing a box of beer goodness that will make you excited. Think fresh zippy sours, vibrant hoppy beers, nuanced barrel aged beers and maybe something that is a bit different like a cocktail once in a while. Beer lovers will be impressed.
Barossa winery, Grant Burge, unveil 2021 vintage
While a beer is fine for certain occasions, sometimes we want to turn our picnics up a notch. One of our favourite ways to do this is to add some fancy food and delicious wine to the equation. Award-winning Barossa winery, Grant Burge, released their annual vintage of premium red wines last month. The new releases promise the same exceptional quality and integrity that Grant Burge is world-famous for and include the 2019 Holy Trinity Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre and 2019 Filsell Old Vine Shiraz as well as Grant Burge Icon, 2018 Nebu Cabernet Shiraz. Match with a delicious cheese board and some grazing platters.
Aussie icons UDL launch cocktails in a can
What’s better than a cocktail? A cocktail without the prep or mess. Aussie icons UDL launched it’s latest premixed UDL Cocktails… and they’re a retro flashback! The fizzy (not fancy) UDL Cocktails are available in two retro-inspired summer flavours: Blue Lagoon (Vodka, Blue Lemonade and Orange flavours) and Pina Colada (Vodka, Pineapple, White Rum & Coconut flavours). Just crack open a can, no fancy glasses or little paper umbrellas required (but you can if you want to!).
