In the heart of East Brunswick, 400 Gradi, the ultimate Italian food haven, threw down an epic bash for its 15th birthday. They were dishing out their award winning pizzas that are famous worldwide, plus Aperol and Limoncello Spritz that were just the refreshing kick we needed.
And hold up—let’s talk about the antipasto platter. It was legit the biggest one we’ve ever laid eyes on, stacked with meats, cheeses, and all kinds of mouthwatering stuff. It was an Insta-worthy food paradise!
Alongside the flowing cocktails and eats, tunes were provided by the one and only by DJ Mark Pellegrini, who’s rocked the coolest clubs in our city for over two decades. He was accompanied by sax and accordion, turning the energy all the way up for an evening to remember.
What really hit us, though, was the celebratory vibe. After the rollercoaster of the past few years with the impacts on COVID on the hospitality industry, seeing everyone having a blast was something else. You could feel this buzz in the air—a mix of ‘heck yeah, we made it through!’ and ‘let’s party like tomorrow.’
This wasn’t just a regular milestone celebration; it was a statement—a fist bump to resilience and bouncing back stronger than ever. As we chowed down on those amazing eats and soaked in the good times, it was clear: this wasn’t just about 400 Gradi. It was about the whole scene here in Melbourne rising up and showing what it’s made of.
And as the night continued with laughs and toasts, it felt like a big high-five to the spirit of 400 Gradi. This celebration was a whole mood—a mix of awesome food, killer beats, and a reminder that when life serves up challenges, we just turn up the music and keep on dancing through it all.
400 Gradi is located at 99 Lygon St Brunswick East.
