One of the things I missed during our long lockdown, like most of us, was travel, whether that be to other parts of the world, or other parts of Australia. To deal with it, I did what many of us did: I got creative. I started writing letters.
At first, I stuck to those I knew: friends living all over the place. Then I moved onto different pastures and started writing to pen-pals. This hobby grew, and before I knew it, I was journaling and scrapbooking too. Lined paper, washi tape and coloured pens became a crutch. What stood above them, however: stickers.
That’s how I discovered Stickii Club. They’re a monthly sticker subscription service that sends beautiful packs of stickers, stationery and accessories right to your door. What stood out to me about them was their respect for indie artists. The artists, and their creations, felt valued and celebrated by Stickii. I especially appreciated how artists are credited on their website, making it easy for you to navigate your way to the artist’s own socials, should you so please.
I was lucky enough to receive their Cute, Pop and Retro Packs. Firstly, let’s talk packaging: the packs came in beautiful sustainable envelopes, which included sticker storage, perfect for including in a folio. The separation of the stickers makes for good long-term storage, and also makes it easy for you to see which stickers you’ve got at a glance. No more stickers running wild in your filing cabinets!
Alongside storage, each pack included 6+ sticker sheets, and several stationery items.
Often, when we go shopping for stickers, it can feel like we’re looking at the same designs on repeat. That wasn’t the case with Stickii in the slightest. Each pack had plenty of variety, with gorgeous, unique designs. The Retro Pack especially stood out to me, with sticker packs that reminded me of my childhood.
Another aspect worth noting is the quality of the packs. All the packs I received, from stickers to stationery, were high-quality, with good sticker paper and appealing designs.
Whether you’re looking to explore the scrapbooking world or feeling that it’s time to order another batch of stickers, I’d recommend Stickii Club. With a range of aesthetics and themes, there’s something for everyone. I’d also recommend checking out their subscription packs, if you’re a fan of surprises. Personally, I love the feeling of opening a package and being pleasantly surprised at what’s inside!
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some pen-pals waiting to hear back!
