Spend an evening lingering amongst Melbourne legends Andrew McConnell (Cutler & Co, Cumulus Inc, Supernormal) and Alla Wolf-Tasker (Lake House) at the official launch party of Good Food Month. Both chefs will prepare signature canapes, paired with bespoke cocktails, and live DJ music at Melbourne Palms, an exclusive Good Food Month pop-up restaurant. The Federation Square pop-up is themed after the luxurious desert oasis Palm Springs, playing host to international and home-grown chefs, inspiring talks and dinner collaborations from 13-23 June.
The Melbourne Greats Party takes place on 13 June, with tickets from $99 which can be purchased here.
Nothing says heart-warming winter food like an open flame roasted feast. Chefs Danielle Alvarez (Fred’s) and Duncan Welgemoed (Africola) bring us firey goodness in the form of canapes, flame cooked meats, and bottomless wine and beer. Expect dishes like squid and pancetta skewers, smoked mussels, fire roasted suckling pig, and chargrilled peri peri chicken.
