Through yoga practice, we will connect the body’s physical movement with our spiritual being. Yoga weaves closely together the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions. That is what we will exercise, through gentle practices that each time will include breathing, asanas and relaxation at the end of every class. Through calm and controlled breathing we will provide participants with the capacity for calmness, self restraint and concentration both for the correct execution of the exercise as well as for the development of positive thought, aiming at daily improvement at all levels. It is advised that participants had best wear comfortable clothes and bring their own yoga mat as well as a blanket to cover themselves during the relaxation.
