To celebrate the launch of their vibrant new look, making the switch from bottles to cans, Mishka Vodka hosted the ultimate celebration of creativity at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) in Sydney: The ‘Mix it up a Little’ side-hustle event.
It was an event focused on celebrating and learning from some of the best side hustlers Australia has to offer, ‘mixed up’ with some rooftop cocktail-party action with some of Australia’s top DJs including Cabu, Felixxs, and Tori Levett, one of Sydney’s most influential artists on the rise in the electronic bass scene.
The short-but-sweet panel segment was hosted by Zara Seidler, Co-Founder of The Daily Aus and featured Jessica Ruhfus, who founded brand partnership platform Collabosaurus. She has since also launched her successful side hustle business, No. 2 Co. Rachael Wilde, Co-Founder of tbh Skincare spoke on the panel about founding her side hustle while working as a digital marketer for a medical device company. She has now turned that side hustle into a full-time gig! Also on the panel was Frank Arthur, Co-Founder of Man of Many, who started out as an industrial designer, while on the side began building a website that is now one of Australia’s largest men’s lifestyle publications.
The panellists shared their tips and tricks on how to stay focused, how to channel a passion for what you do, and how to never giving up on your dreams.
To let it all sink in, guests sipped on a range of Mishka cocktails and enjoyed delicious canapes throughout the the evening. Flavours to try included Mishka’s fruity ready-to-drink Tropical Pineapple Lime, Lemon Lime Bitters, Zingy Zesty Lemon, Sweet Raspberry Mango and the Watermelon Guava. What a way to mix up a Thursday night in Sydney!
