The Big Bake Sydney – The Ultimate Baking Experience

The Big Bake is the sweetest pop-up baking experience to come to Sydney! It’s the perfect way to shake things up for date night, or to get creative with your pals or workmates. All you need is a healthy cup of competitive spirit, a double helping of fun, plus zero baking experience.

When you arrive with your group, you’ll be set up at the cutest little baking station, armed with everything you need to create one of the two baking recipes provided. You’ll then be tasked to bake, create, design and whisk against the clock, with fun baking games and challenges in between.

My guest and I were booked in for a Wednesday night session, and it was the perfect mid-week pick-me-up we needed. The Sydney venue is equipped with a fully stocked bar, so you can start the night off with a champagne or two, while you bake to the soundtrack of a nostalgic 90s playlist.

Our Big Bake host was hilarious and encouraging, egging us on to “bake it till we make it”. We gave ourselves a team name, and challenged ourselves to creating a Classic Custard Tart. Points were awarded for singing, dancing, clean working stations, and team spirit. The experience was light, fluffy, and fun, with everybody getting to know each other, and able to take home their freshly-baked desserts.

After a year facing the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Big Bake is such a welcome activity in Sydney – encouraging friends and teams to try something new and different. Do yourself a favour, and book your group in today.

Your ticket gets you:

– 90 minutes of baked goodness

– At least 1 x baked item per group

– A multitude of challenges

– The Big Bake pastry chef for tips & tricks

The Big Bake Experience is in Sydney until the end of April 2021. Tickets are $50 per person, and can be purchased online. For bookings, visit their Website.
