Labor Day weekend will see Sydney’s inner-east open its door to one of the most anticipated hidden gems – the distillery-slash-cocktail-bar Kings Cross Distillery.

Located in the vibrant Macleay Street, the space has transitioned from a 1960s speakeasy to an underground casino, to an adult book store, making it rich in history and character. The modern transformation featured gorgeous exposed brick walls, cozy leather booths, cheeky vintage artwork, and airy alfresco dining spaces perfect for the warm weather.

The curated drinks menu features exceptional seasonal cocktails, wines as well as craft gins, and award-winning whiskys for your sipping pleasure. Guests will be able to pair their choice of tipple with a delectable selection of Mediterranean-inspired shared platters as well as serves of Caviar for that special occasion.
