Enjoy Life Foods are a product range new to Australia who pride themselves on being free from the top eight allergens – wheat/gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish and shellfish.
As anyone with a food intolerance or allergy knows it can often be quite challenging eat out or ensuring you have readily available safe food that is still tasty. Enter Enjoy Life Foods. The initial Australian launch included their Crunchie Cookies in three flavours and Chewy Bars also in three flavours. And they taste seriously yummy.

Enjoy Life Foods’ products were set up on tiered cake stands around a platter of fruit and vegetable sticks with allergen free dips. Don’t let the super healthy vibe of the launch dissuade you. We’ve moved well past the age of allergy free foods tasting like cardboard. The Crunchie Cookies taste like real cookies, the chocolate tastes like chocolate, and the Mixed Berry Chewy Bars are loaded with cranberries and natural raspberry flavouring so taste perfectly fruity. Added bonus – they’re totally not loaded with massive amounts of added sugar either!
Be careful with these because I totally did eat an entire packet of the Chocolate Chip Crunchy Cookies in a day.
