Hacienda Bar Launch: Cuban vibes ft. harbor views

The Plus Ones had the opportunity to sneak away to little Cuba for an evening as we made our way to the launch of Sydney’s newest and most anticipated vista bar – Hacienda. This gem in the heart of Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour boasted a botanical marriage of luxury and rustic.

The star-studded evening was a showcase of the best of both Sydney, as well as the theme of the venue. From delectable bottled Mojitos to specialty cocktails such as Old Presidente, from a platoon of Verve flutes to the perfectly curated selection of premium beverages – safe to say, our thirst was thoroughly quenched.

The culinary side of things were equally as impressive, if not more. Mouth-watering Cuban inspired fare made its way across the crowd – from Scallop chiche, Pao De Quejo, Jamon croquettes, and. Award winning Executive Chef Stefan Brademann was at the helm of it all, and the quality of the evening’s culinary journey made it abundantly clear.

From the venue to the service, to the exquisite range of F&B offerings; coupled with Hacienda’s unending harbour views make it not just Sydney’s newest icon, but an epitome of the city’s vibe.
