RÜFÜS DU SOL [DJ SET] at The Wool Store

On Friday night, RÜFÜS DU SOL fans were treated to the only DJ set of their homecoming tour. The show took place at The Wool Store, presented by Untitled Group. The event drew a huge crowd, with fans eager to see the group in a more stripped-back environment after their run of arena shows.

The Wool Store’s vast layout is something special that pulls your focus each time you walk in. It’s a harsh yet inviting concrete space, glittered with the last of the daylight dancing through its glass panels.

The night opened with sets from Samantha Loveridge and SG Lewis, who each helped shape the long build toward the headliners. Loveridge eased the room in with steady, melodic selections, while SG Lewis pushed the energy forward as people continued to stream into the venue.

By the time RÜFÜS DU SOL stepped behind the decks, the space was packed, creating a clear sense of anticipation. The boys delivered a set focused less on their vocal-led hits and more on deep, rolling rhythms and slower-building transitions. Fans familiar with their DJ sets from festivals like Coachella and Burning Man would have recognised the direction: long blends, gradual lifts, and a focus on atmosphere.

Across the space, people settled into their own version of the night, some planted close to the front to catch every shift in the mix, others carving out space along the edges to take it all in.

As one of the final Wool Store announcements for the year, the event capped off another busy season for Untitled Group. We look forward to see how the space takes shape next time.
