Popping up at CoConspirators Brewpub, located at 377 Victoria Street Brunswick, this limited-time collaboration brings a nostalgic, red-and-yellow fast-food experience—minus the meat.

At CoConspirators, you’re instantly hit with the playful, cheeky branding of Mr. Charlie’s. The familiar color scheme and throwback packaging set the tone: but this isn’t just your usual vegan burger joint.

The menu delivers all the fast-food staples you’d expect, but with a plant-based twist. The Not a Cheeseburger packs a juicy vegan patty with melty cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard—almost indistinguishable from the real deal. The Big Mista ups the ante with double patties, while the Not a Chickenburger nails that crispy, crunchy texture we all crave. Pair it with a side of Not Chicken Nuggets or American Fries, and you’ve got a meal that’s both satisfying and impressively close to the classic.
